A weekend story
We rented a car
We went to sunny Småland
To Älmhult
To visit Monika my sister
She arranged a lovely picnic by the lake
Next day she took us on a boat trip
and later on we had a barbecue
Lots of sun and beach and swimming in the lake

Sangría para el pueblo
Tonight we're throwing a party at our house. It will be a "Tapas y Sangría"-party. We have prepared 10 litres of Sangría (for eight persons, hehehehe)

First sign of "pre-vacation"
This week I have felt quite tired, perhaps it is the knowledge about the vacations (in almost 2 weeks) that is making me more tired. Or it could be the lack of sleep last weekend that is paying back.
As an attempt to cheer me up I went to see "Mamma Mia". I'm crazy about the Abba music. Since I have already seen the musical I knew the story and the movie did not make a great impression on me. However I left the movie theatre with a smile on my lips.

Life is good :-)
The rain is pouring down. It's Monday. And life is good...
Just finished a good book, laying in bed even though it is not bedtime.
Enjoyed a simple dinner (but good) with Pakko-Raffa.
YES he's back.
I'm happy.

Leo visiting Gothenburg
Leo my friend from Stockholm (and Valencia) came to Gothenburg last weekend to see Bruce Springsteen. We spent almost the whole Saturday wandering around in Gothenburg. We had lunch at Feskekôrka , coffee and ice-cream at Språkcafeet, passed Järntorget, walked through Haga and finally Vasastan before we came to Avenyn where she was staying.
It was so good to see her and we had a really nice day together. I hope we can meet up in Valencia in August.

Lunch at Gunnebo
Last Friday we went to Gunnebo for lunch. The surroundings were very beautiful but the food disappointed us. I will give it a second chance some day.
