EuroStar 2008 The Hague

The Test Conference in The Hague was a very interesting experience. After the two first days it was clear that this was a "club 0f mutual admiration" (as we say in Swedish). I didn't realize that so many "important" people was going to join the Conference. Even though it sounds that it was a bad experience I wouldn't mind being included in this circle in the future. I have always wanted to research and it would be a challenge to stand in front of a hundred people and give a conference.

A loooooooooots of bikes in The Hague...

... so many that they have valet parking for their bikes

The Parliament building to the right

A square in the centre, can't remember the name

The tram looks very much the tram in Warsaw, so narrow

Carita and I at Scheveningen beach (the hardest Dutch word to pronounce)

The mail boxes looks very funny (for me)

One of the streets of Den Haag

The Gala Award was held in "Grote Kerk", the Great Church. What an atmosphere!!!
